TERRAZZO GraniTech Fine
A fine-grained seamless surface, velvety to the touch — for walls, floors, countertops and wet areas.
- Cement-free — not a microcement
- Waterproof even before sealing
- 1/8″ thick — goes over existing tile
TERRAZZO GraniTech Fine is a seamless surface of natural granite and acrylic resin — the strength of stone, the flexibility of resin, in a patented, cement-free body that is waterproof even before sealing. It is applied by brush or trowel — onto new concrete for floors, drywall for interior walls, or over existing tile in a remodel — wherever the surface is smooth, stable and properly prepared. Interior rooms, showers and exterior terraces finish as one continuous plane — without grout lines, or with dividers drawn exactly where you choose.
TERRAZZO GraniTech Fine features a smaller grain size — a soft, velvety surface that stays smooth to the touch, sealed or unsealed. Depending on your sealer, the finish ranges from matte to gloss; depending on the hand that applies it, the surface can be elegantly smooth and consistent, or carry limewash-like waves. The complete system is just 1/8″ thick — the strength lies in the system, not the thickness.
The trowel writes the pattern; the finish sets the grain.
Every finish takes any movement — calm and modern to boldly artistic, monolithic and even, or high-contrast, with lighter and darker tones drawn from a single color. Here, you are choosing the grain.

Performance
- Memory Resin Technology — the cured surface recovers from point loading rather than holding an indentation
- Crack-resistant when installed over a smooth, stable substrate
- Does not darken with prolonged water exposure
- Resists water, coffee and oil staining
Application
- Easy to apply, with a long working time
- Single-component (1K) system — no separate bags and buckets, no mix ratios to get wrong
- No lap lines between passes
On site
- Doesn't go off in the pail — reseal and come back to it weeks later
- Stable for up to 12 months after opening, resealed
- Repairable in place — the more movement in the finish, the less a repair reads
