Already working with someone? Bring your own applicator.
If you already have an applicator or contractor you trust, send us their details. We’re happy to chat with them, walk them through our material, and evaluate whether they’re a fit for your project — at no cost to you or to them.

How it works
From vision to finished surface.
01
Tell us about the project
Share your design vision, surfaces, square footage, ZIP code, and target timeline through the form above. Upload your target visuals (the look and finishes you want) and existing substrate visuals (photos of your current walls, floors, or surfaces) — together they help us scope the project accurately. Our team will respond personally with a preliminary price range and an applicator who works with the Terrazzo GraniTech system in your area.
02
Order standard samples
Order standard Terrazzo GraniTech samples directly from our eShop to see exact grain size and color in person — a fast way to lock in your direction before the site visit.
03
Site visit, custom samples & full estimate
If the preliminary price range works for you, we’ll coordinate a site visit with your matched applicator to assess substrate, access, and prep needs. For projects where texture, movement, and trowel work matter, your applicator can produce custom samples with you on-site — so the finish you sign off on is the finish you get. From there you’ll receive a complete project estimate combining Terrazzo GraniTech material costs and applicator labor — clearly itemized, no surprises.

FAQ
Questions we hear often.
Does Terrazzo GraniTech do the installation?
We’re a material supplier. We connect you with an applicator from our network — or work with one you’ve already selected — to assess the project. Application contracts and labor billing are handled directly between you and the applicator.
Are Terrazzo GraniTech applicators your employees?
Every applicator in Pro Connect is an independent business that contracts directly with you. They carry their own licensing, insurance, and warranties. Terrazzo GraniTech USA supplies the material and provides technical support.
Who is responsible if there's a problem with my project?
The applicator who performed the work is responsible for their workmanship, scheduling, and conduct. We’re responsible for the material we supply. If a product issue is flagged before application in a timely fashion, we’ll stand behind it and replace the material at no cost. Workmanship issues are resolved directly between you and the applicator. We always recommend confirming an applicator’s license and insurance before signing a contract.
How much does application cost?
It varies — and we honestly can’t say upfront. There are too many factors: region, scope, total square footage, surface conditions, number of sealer coats, access, and timeline. After the site visit with your matched applicator, we’ll send you a project-specific estimate covering both materials and labor. The applicator then invoices you directly for their portion as the work progresses.
Why are materials and labor billed separately?
Because we’re a material supplier — we don’t install. We focus on what we make and supply, and we work with applicators who specialize in installation. So we bill you for the Terrazzo GraniTech materials, and your applicator bills you directly for their labor. Two clean lines, two relationships, full transparency.
Can I buy the material and apply it myself?
Terms & Disclaimer
Terrazzo GraniTech USA is a material supplier - not an applicator.
Terrazzo GraniTech USA supplies the Terrazzo GraniTech continuous surface system. The applicators in Pro Connect are independent third parties — not employees, agents, partners, or subcontractors. Each applicator contracts, schedules, warranties, and bills the client directly, and carries their own licensing and insurance. Terrazzo GraniTech USA invoices solely for materials and assumes no responsibility or liability for any application work performed by any third party.
Read the full disclaimer
Effective Date: July 2, 2026 · Version 1.0. This Disclaimer forms part of, and should be read together with, the Terrazzo GraniTech USA Terms & Conditions. It applies to every third-party applicator you engage, whether referred through our applicator-referral program (“Pro Connect”), recommended informally, or selected independently by you.
1. Role of Terrazzo GraniTech USA. Nick Kalantas Advisors LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Terrazzo GraniTech USA, is exclusively a material supplier. We are not an installation company, general contractor, construction manager, design-build firm, or licensed applicator. We do not hold, and we do not represent that we hold, any contractor’s license in any jurisdiction. We invoice solely for materials and product; we do not collect, hold, escrow, or pass through any payment for labor.
From time to time, and entirely as a courtesy to our clients, we may coordinate communications between the client and the applicator, help with scheduling, attend a site visit, share an opinion on visible site conditions, or advise on material-related questions such as product selection, color matching, layering, or sealer choice. Any such involvement is provided in good faith, for client convenience only, and does not transfer responsibility for the application work from the applicator to us. Where we attend a site visit, our presence is observational and informational only — we do not direct, supervise, sequence, or control the applicator’s means, methods, or crew, and any comment we may offer is not an instruction and creates no duty on our part. The applicator is at all times the party responsible for performing the installation, supervising their crew, and ensuring that the work conforms to our published technical instructions and to all applicable codes.
We generally have no insight into, and assume no obligation to monitor or verify, whether the applicator follows the prescribed application procedure on site. This includes, without limitation: substrate preparation; mixing ratios and methods; ambient and substrate temperature and humidity at the time of application; coat thickness; recoat windows; curing times between coats; sealer application timing; and protection of the finish during cure. Failures, defects, deficiencies, or aesthetic outcomes resulting from any deviation from our published instructions are the sole responsibility of the applicator, regardless of whether Terrazzo GraniTech USA had any involvement in scheduling, site visits, or advisory communications relating to the project.
2. Applicators are independent third parties. Every applicator referred through Pro Connect, recommended on a case-by-case basis, mentioned in our marketing materials, featured in project galleries, or otherwise introduced by Terrazzo GraniTech USA is an independent business operating entirely on their own account. No applicator is an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, subcontractor, affiliate, representative, or fiduciary of Terrazzo GraniTech USA. Each applicator is solely responsible for their own licensing, registration, bonding, insurance (including general liability and workers’ compensation), contractual relationship with the client, workmanship, conduct, site safety, compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and permits, and any taxes, fees, or obligations arising from their work.
3. Advisory services in good faith only. Any guidance, recommendations, site visits, technical support, color or finish consultation, project review, sample preparation, application advice, or any other input we provide before, during, or after the sale of material is offered solely as a courtesy, in good faith, and in an advisory capacity. We are not applicators, and our advisory input does not constitute professional installation services, contracting services, engineering opinion, or design services.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL ADVISORY INPUT IS PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE, WARRANTY, OR ASSUMPTION OF A DUTY OF CARE, AND TERRAZZO GRANITECH USA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY RELIANCE ON, INTERPRETATION OF, OR OUTCOME RESULTING FROM ANY ADVISORY INPUT WE PROVIDE.
We restate this advisory disclaimer in writing at the point advice is given, including on site-visit forms and in email correspondence. The decision to follow, modify, or disregard any advice rests entirely with the client and the client’s chosen applicator.
4. No warranty on applicator work or referrals. Terrazzo GraniTech USA makes no representation, warranty, guarantee, or endorsement — express or implied — regarding the workmanship, conduct, scheduling, pricing, reliability, qualifications, licensing, insurance, financial standing, or performance of any third-party applicator, whether referred through Pro Connect, mentioned in our marketing, or selected independently by the client.
Descriptive terms we use carry only the specific, limited meanings set out below:
- “Trained” means the applicator has completed our product-specific three day seminar.
- “Experienced” means the applicator has completed our training and has at least one documented project installed with the Terrazzo GraniTech system.
- “Certified” or “Pro” means the applicator has completed our product-specific training and has a minimum of three (3) documented installations of the Terrazzo GraniTech system.
- “Vetted” means in geographic regions with low supply of installation labor we may vet professionals proficient in other continuous surface systems and collaborate with them due to a lack of professionals in the area, they may have not necessarily completed our training but we review their work with other continuous surface systems
None of these descriptors constitutes an endorsement, certification of competence, guarantee, or assumption of responsibility for that applicator’s business, conduct, or workmanship; they describe training and documented experience with our material system only.
The client is solely responsible for verifying each applicator’s active license and current insurance — along with references and qualifications — before signing any contract or making any payment.
Our material warranty applies solely to the product we supply and is governed by our Terms & Conditions.
5. The client’s relationship with the applicator. In plain terms: your contract for installation, your payment for labor, and your warranty of workmanship exist solely between you and your applicator. Terrazzo GraniTech USA is not a party to that contract, receives no portion of the labor payment, and does not warrant the installation.
6. Waiver, Release, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution. The client agrees that any dispute, claim, deficiency, delay, damage, or loss arising from or related to application services performed by a third-party applicator shall be resolved directly between the client and that applicator. The client releases and waives any claim against Terrazzo GraniTech USA arising from the acts or omissions of any applicator, and the client agrees not to name Terrazzo GraniTech USA as a party in any claim arising from the acts or omissions of any applicator. Terrazzo GraniTech USA is not a proper party to any such dispute and reserves the right to seek dismissal and recovery of legal fees from any party that names it improperly.
In addition to the foregoing waiver and release, the client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Terrazzo GraniTech USA and its officers, members, employees, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and defense costs) brought by any third party — including building occupants, tenants, guests, invitees, subsequent owners or purchasers of the property, and members of the public — arising out of or related to the installation, use, condition, or performance of the applicator’s work, whether framed in contract, tort, warranty, strict liability, or any other theory.
7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terrazzo GraniTech USA’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to any applicator, referral, advisory input, order, or product shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client to Terrazzo GraniTech USA for material on the project at issue. Shipping, taxes, labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, project-delay costs, and any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages are excluded. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and survives termination.
8. Governing law & venue. This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
9. Severability. If any provision of this Disclaimer is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable while preserving its intent.
10. Integration. This Disclaimer is incorporated into and forms part of the Terrazzo GraniTech USA Terms & Conditions and the terms stated on our estimates and invoices, and should be read together with them. In the event of a direct conflict, the Terms & Conditions govern.
11. Acknowledgment and assent. By engaging an applicator through Pro Connect, by accepting any informal recommendation from us, or by checking the acceptance box or initialing the material invoice where presented, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Disclaimer. Where presented, checking the acceptance box or initialing the invoice constitutes the client’s electronic signature and binding agreement.
