Timeless microterrazzo character. Seamless performance that ages beautifully.

TERRAZZO GraniTech Microterrazzo is a seamless, joint-free surface system with embedded aggregates that combines classic terrazzo aesthetics with a modern composite build—designed to perform as a material, not just a surface coating. Because strength and wear resistance are integrated throughout the body of the finish, Microterrazzo tends to age more evenly, with a reduced visual impact from everyday abrasion, delivering long-term appearance stability in real-world use.

Its embedded aggregates create depth and movement while maintaining a smooth, continuous feel. When installed as a complete system, Microterrazzo delivers a waterproof, crack-resistant, low-maintenance finish suitable for high-demand residential and commercial applications.

Seamless Terrazzo Surfaces with Architectural Depth & Lasting Performance

Seamless surfaces. Unmatched soul.

Where craftsmanship meets innovation, Microterrazo TERRAZZO GraniTech reimagines classic terrazzo as a seamless, joint-free architectural surface. Inspired by the timeless character of Italian terrazzo yet engineered for modern performance, Microterrazzo delivers sculptural depth, material richness, and long-term durability across both residential and commercial environments.

Designed to perform as a material rather than a surface coating, Microterrazzo integrates strength throughout the body of the system. This allows the finish to age more evenly, with reduced visual impact from abrasion, resulting in a surface that evolves gracefully over time—closer in behavior to engineered stone than to traditional surface-dependent finishes.

Architectural Performance Built Into the Material

Unlike terrazzo tiles or thin decorative coatings that rely heavily on joints or surface sealers, GraniTech Microterrazzo forms a continuous, monolithic surface. Wear resistance and durability are not confined to the top layer, helping the finish maintain its visual integrity even in high-traffic conditions.

When installed as a complete system, Microterrazzo delivers a waterproof, crack-resistant, and low-maintenance surface suitable for demanding applications, from refined interiors to heavy-use commercial spaces.

Design Freedom Without Demolition

GraniTech Microterrazzo can be applied directly over existing substrates such as tile, concrete, cement board, or other stable surfaces. This enables transformative renovations without demolition, waste removal, or unnecessary permits, significantly reducing downtime and project complexity.

Existing waterproofing can often remain in place when deemed appropriate, further streamlining renovation workflows.

Endless Expression Through Texture & Tone

Embedded micro-aggregates create a rich terrazzo texture with depth and movement, while maintaining a smooth, continuous feel underfoot. Depending on application technique, aggregate exposure, and sealer selection, finishes can range from refined and polished to more expressive and tactile.

Custom background tones can be achieved using the TERRAZZO GraniTech Medium color system, allowing designers full control over contrast, warmth, and visual rhythm.

Interior & Exterior Versatility

GraniTech Microterrazzo is suitable for both interior and exterior environments and maintains color and finish integrity in sun-exposed or weather-affected conditions. Its adaptability makes it ideal for cohesive material language across multiple surfaces and environments.

Available Finishes

Microterrazzo 600Q
A balanced blend of light and dark tones, delivering a bold yet timeless terrazzo aesthetic with contemporary clarity.

Microterrazzo Zambia
Warm, earthy tones inspired by natural landscapes—expressive yet grounded.

Microterrazzo Roma
Soft, time-worn elegance inspired by historic walls—quiet, architectural, and enduring.

Smooth, Velvety Aesthetic with Creative Flexibility

The fine-grain composition creates a continuous, jointless surface with a soft, tactile quality. Depending on application technique and sealer choice, the finish can appear perfectly uniform and minimalist or subtly expressive with gentle movement reminiscent of brushed or limewash-inspired effects.

The versatility of GraniTech Microterrazzo allows designers to specify one cohesive material across any smooth and stable interior and exterior surface, including:

  • Interior and exterior walls
  • Interior and exterior floors
  • Bathrooms and showers
  • Feature surfaces
  • Pool decks and pool interiors
  • Countertops, furniture, and cabinetry

This flexibility simplifies coordination while enabling expressive, custom results on every project.

Important Application Notes

  • Final Finish, Not a Waterproofing Membrane
TERRAZZO GraniTech products are waterproof as a finish system; however, appropriate substrate waterproofing is required where applicable. When applied over existing tile with approved waterproofing, no additional waterproofing needs to be redone.
  • Surface Preparation Required
Each coat is approximately 2 mm thick. Substrates must be smooth, stable, and level (e.g., Level 4 drywall or sound, crack-free concrete).
  • Not Self-Leveling
Apply only on properly prepared surfaces without height variations or uneven gaps.

The Result

More than a finish, GraniTech Microterrazzo is a design experience—offering the visual richness of terrazzo with the continuity of a seamless surface and the confidence of architectural performance that endures.

Seamless microterrazzo surface system designed to age beautifully—waterproof, crack-resistant, and built for high-traffic architectural applications without demolition
