Each product in this collection is a water-based polyurethane sealer formulated specifically for resin-based plaster and microtopping surfaces, delivering stain resistance, sheen control, and long-term durability without yellowing, without cracking, and without altering the finish beneath.

Sealers for Every Surface

Floors and Wet Areas

For surfaces under constant foot traffic and moisture, this subcollection includes two options: a matte anti-slip urethane sealer for safety-critical zones and a satin-finish PU sealer built for high-use architectural floors. Both work as a shower sealer and for any wet area application where durability and appearance need to hold up together.

Walls

Vertical surfaces carry different demands. The wall sealer collection covers matte and semi-gloss finishes for interior architectural plaster. The X-Matte is a two-component aliphatic polyurethane formulated for maximum UV and color stability. The Monopro Semi-Gloss is a single-component formula for refined, low-sheen wall protection.

Pool Interiors

The pool sealer is a two-component thixotropic membrane designed for continuous water immersion. UV-stable, chemical-resistant, and flexible enough to handle thermal movement, it protects GraniTech surfaces in pools, spas, fountains, and permanently wet environments.

Why Polyurethane and Not Epoxy or Acrylic

Epoxy sealers yellow under UV exposure and turn brittle over time. Acrylic sealers lack the wear resistance needed for plaster finishes under daily use. Every product here uses polyurethane or aliphatic urethane chemistry: clear, stable, and elastic. Whether you need a terrazzo sealer, a floor sealer, or wall protection for a decorative plaster finish, urethane is the material that holds.
