Technical Specifications
Ready to use, Monopro Terrazzo Varnish should be stirred well before application. It can be applied using a brush or a special roller designed for wooden floors. Available in Glossy (85% at 60 degrees), Satin (45% at 60 degrees), and Matte (15% at 60 degrees) finishes, it offers flexibility to match your aesthetic preferences. Dilute with 10% water, and expect drying times of 1-4 hours, which may extend under low temperatures or high humidity. Coverage ranges from 86 – 140 square feet per ~34 oz. [8 – 13 square meters per liter]
Application
Ensure that the surfaces to be coated are dry, clean, and free from dust, oils, waxes, silicones, and any dewaxed areas. Sand the surface before applying Monopro Terrazzo Varnish in two coats. Avoid application when the ambient temperature is below 50°F or above 104°F [below 10°C or above 40°C].
